Note 2: Online Centralized Portal of CPCB is under development and is likely to open at the end of
November. Before this, offline mode is adopted on order to receive applications for registration.
Procedure for submission is given below:
1、 Producer/Manufacturer has to apply for granted of registration to CPCB by submitting duly
filled Form 1(A) through email at batteries.cpcb@gov.in (The application shall be submitted
from company’s email ID only) and the hardcopy of application to be submitted to
Member Secretary, Central Pollution Control Board at following address:

2 Producer/Manufacturer shall also submit the following documents along with the applica
tion form:
- Self-attested copy of GST Certificate
- TIN number
- CIN number
- Aadhar Card of authorized person
- Pan Card of company
