When applying certificate of hazard classification and identification for chemicals ( HCI report for short),only UN38.3 report only with CNAS logo is not accepted;
Solution: now HCI report can be issued by not only customs internal technical centre orlaboratory, but also some qualified inspection agents. The recognized requirements of each agents to UN38.3 report are different. Even for customs internal technical centre orlaboratory from different places, their requirements are different. Therefore, it is operativeto change the inspection agents that issue HCI report.
